What happens in an initial consultation?
An initial consultation runs for 90 minutes, where we cover a comprehensive assessment of your health, symptoms and individual circumstances, with time to understand the broader picture and consider what may be contributing to your concerns.
We’ll discuss your health history, current symptoms, medications, supplements, diet and lifestyle, together with any relevant pathology or investigations.
The consultation is an opportunity to understand your health in greater depth and establish clear, individualised next steps.
Before Your Appointment
Following confirmation of your appointment, you’ll receive an introductory pack by email containing privacy and consent forms, and other information to familiarise you with the consultation process.
Please return the completed forms prior to your appointment. Reviewing this information beforehand allows us to use your consultation time thoughtfully and focus on what you'd like to achieve from working together.

Return Appointments
Standard return appointments run for 30 minutes. For more complex cases, an extended return appointment (45 minutes) may be required.
The frequency and length of follow-up consultations will depend on your individual circumstances, including your health concerns, their duration, your response to recommendations and any factors that may be affecting progress.
Follow-up appointments provide an opportunity to review how things are progressing, assess what has changed, address any challenges, and adjust recommendations as needed. Some concerns may require only occasional review, while others benefit from more regular support as we work through the different factors influencing your health.
Investment: $130 (30 minutes), $150 (45 minutes)
What happens in a fertility consultation?
These appointments are for anyone, wherever you're starting from. That might mean preparing to conceive, currently pregnant, or navigating the post-partum period, whatever that looks like for you.
The initial consultation runs for 120 minutes, allowing time to properly work through your health history, current concerns, and the broader context surrounding your fertility, pregnancy, or post-partum care.
Where appropriate, this also means identifying the right professionals to support your care, so you have a considered team around you
Follow-up appointments
Ongoing care is available as either a 30-minute standard return, or a 45-minute extended return for more complex cases requiring additional time.

What are Acute Consultations?
Acute consultations are for current patients only.
Acute consultations run for 20 minutes. They're a good fit for things like cold and flu support, reviewing your current prescription, quick updates that don't need a full appointment, or a question that's a bit too involved for an email.
